While stress is temporary and strengthens us, prolonged stress can lead to burnout, especially for athletes and coaches juggling multiple demands. The key to avoiding burnout is to find rest in God, recharge physically, mentally, and emotionally, and reconnect with the joy of our sport by remembering our why. It emphasizes the importance of spending time with Jesus, setting priorities, and creating boundaries to maintain balance. Ultimately, trusting God's pace, relying on His strength, and recognizing His greatness helps us to live as more than conquerors in Christ! In the space of victory in Christ is where fullness of JOY is found.
