Living It Out
We ask questions like:
What kind of rest do I need?
When will I prepare meals to nourish my body?
When can I move my body to build strength and stamina?
What kind of care does my emotional health need?
These are good and necessary questions.
And often the simplest shifts make the biggest impact. One of my favorite practical tools is the power of 15 minutes.
15 minutes of movement
15 minutes of meal prep
15 minutes of silence
15 minutes of journaling
15 minutes of delight or laughter or sunshine
You don’t need a retreat or an overhaul to care well for yourself. You just need the willingness to consistently say yes to small moments of stewardship.
Remember this:
I am loved by God.
I am made in His likeness.
I am limited, and that's not a flaw—it's part of His design.
